We listen to the owner, the staff and the people on the front line. The information is usually already inside the business, it just needs pulling together properly.

Those perspectives are often very different. Understanding the gaps between them is where better decisions start.

We look at how the business actually operates and where it has quietly stopped working as well as it should.

Often, the problems are not dramatic. They have simply become normal.

We go through the bank statements and accounts properly. The numbers usually have a different story to tell than the owner has been hearing.

Inefficiencies quietly build over time and become accepted as normal. The business equivalent of PPI.

Action Plan

The business feels clearer, lighter and easier to run.

The right things have been changed and the rest has been left alone. The owner has clarity that was hard to see from inside the business and impossible to see from the outside.

Six months on.

The work does not end when the review is finished.

Six months later, we include a review to see what has changed, what has held, and what needs attention next.

It can be an informal catch up or a deeper look at the next stage, depending on what the business needs.
